Menu

All meals and snacks are provided for children in my setting. Here are some examples of the menu which will be rotated and varied weekly.

Water provided at all times during the day.


Breakfast

Porridge and blueberries

Wholemeal toast

Crumpets

Selection of cereals (Weetabix, rice crispies, corn flakes, cheerios)

Lunch

Cottage Pie (sweet potato mash) broccoli and carrots
Fresh fruit

Slow cooked sausage and bean casserole crusty bread
Muffins

Mild chicken curry and Rice
Fresh fruit

Chicken and tomato pasta bake with peas and sweet corn
Cookie

Beany, cheesy sweet potato pie with cauliflower
Fresh fruit

Tea

Pitta bread pizza (peppers and cheese)
Yoghurt

Scrambled egg and toast
Orange segments

Gardener’s tea (cheese, ham, bread, salad and apple)
Strawberries

Sandwich (tuna, ham, cheese) and cucumber
Rice pudding
